REWIND Therapy with Helen Kemp

The Rewind Therapy (RT) has become internationally recognised as indispensable to treat PTSD. It is easily learnt; applicable to survivors trans culturally and usually requires no more than two sessions to bring about closure for single traumas. The results are enduring- a follow up of two years showed no relapses in that period of time. It's non disclosure approach leads to less burn out for the therapist. More info on RT can be found here.

This workshop will explore;

  • Understanding PTSD.
  • Why the technique is effective.
  • How to "do" the Rewind technique.
  • An opportunity to observe and try out the technique.

Fairy tale Therapy with Jenine Butroid

Fairy tale therapy offers a powerful insight into our life story through the magical and accessible medium of drawing and story telling. Fairy tale therapy uncovers ingrained, subconscious patterns of behaviour that have been present since childhood. The symbolic nature of fairy tales is universal and yet our own interpretation is unique and provides the key to deep and powerful healing.

This workshop will explore:

  • Your own unique fairytale that you have been living out since childhood.
  • Re writing your own fairy tale for a more empowered and informed version of yourself.
  • The power of symbolism in fairytales.

Delivered by Jenine Butroid from Lincoln.

This session will be delivered on Zoom. The joining details will be emailed 1 week before the workshop.
