UPCOMING WORKSHOPS

This October Half Term

For Kids: Living With Butterflies- Anxiety

This is our most popular workshop!

Our children’s emotional wellbeing is so important and with more and more children experiencing the symptoms of anxiety we can often feel unsure of how to support our children.

In this workshop we'll be creating an anxiety toolkit- usable, fun and creative ways that kids can use on a daily basis to manage their anxiety.

This is a hands on workshop where children can engage in their emotional side in a safe, fun and creative way. Children will create a project to take away that they can use each time they feel anxious.

We encourage mummies and daddies to stay for the duration of the workshop; either to help their children create their masterpiece, create their own masterpiece (we all love embracing our glittery side every now and then) or to have a coffee and some cake and chat to the other parents. We often find that parents find the workshops a great way to meet other parents and get extra support.

Our workshops are delivered by experienced psychotherapists who can offer additional support and guidance as needed.

Goody bags are included for children to take away with additional information for parents and activities for children to continue supporting their emotional wellbeing at home.

For Kids: Design and Make a Memory Bracelet- Grief and Loss

This is an exciting new workshop that we’re running for the Autumn Half Term.

Our children’s emotional wellbeing is so important and part of that is being able to express and work through grief. Grief and loss can affect children in lots of ways; death of a family member, friend or pet, divorce, moving away, changing schools, ill health and many more.

This workshop offers a safe space for children to start working through or continuing their grief process in a creative and hands on way.

This is a hands on workshop where children can engage in their emotional side in a safe, fun and creative way. Children will create their own Fimo 'memory beads' before making into a bracelet with guidance from an artisan jewellery maker. Solid silver charm included.

We encourage mummies and daddies to stay for the duration of the workshop; either to help their children create their masterpiece, create their own masterpiece (we all love embracing our glittery side every now and then) or to have a coffee and some cake and chat to the other parents. This October Half Term

For Kids: Make a Worry Monster- Anxiety

This is a new workshop that we’re running especially for Halloween.

Our children’s emotional wellbeing is so important and with more and more children experiencing the symptoms of anxiety we can often feel unsure of how to support our children.

This workshop offers a safe space for children to create a Worry Monster out of felt (some basic sewing skills required). Children can 'feed' their Worry Monsters their worries on bits of paper for the monster to eat and take away their concerns. We encourage parents to remove the worries from the monster so they can address the concerns, if needed, with their child.

This is a hands on workshop where children can engage in their emotional side in a safe, fun and creative way.

We encourage mummies and daddies to stay for the duration of the workshop; either to help their children create their masterpiece, create their own masterpiece (we all love embracing our glittery side every now and then) or to have a coffee and some cake and chat to the other parents.

Our workshops are delivered by experienced psychotherapists who can offer additional support and guidance as needed.

Goody bags are included for children to take away with additional information for parents and activities for children to continue supporting their emotional wellbeing at home.
